Call Notes

When you receive calls, you can have a centralized place to store notes about the call so you can quickly find the call again.

Use Call Notes to keep track of your calls

To use Call Notes, find the call on either the "My Account" page or the "Number Configuration" page for the Virtual Number. Click the icon to open the Call Notes dialog box.


Tossable Digits Support: Call Notes
Now you can simply add notes to any call that comes through any of your Virtual Numbers. Great for documenting a Voicemail, adding notes to a Call Recording or just making note of an important call.

You can update Call Notes by clicking the icon and editing the Call Note. To delete the Call Note, update the call note and deleting all the text and hit save.
