Dialing International Numbers in Outdial

Calling International Numbers

In most cases, you should be able to dial the International Phone Number in the Outdial screen and the phone should automatically detect the correct country.

However, this does not always work as intended.

As of Version 1.3.0, long-pressing the 0 (zero) does not generate the + (plus) sign as one might expect, making it difficult to indicate that the first part of the number is the Country Code.

While this will be fixed, here are two workarounds in the meantime.
  1. Create a new Contact with the correct phone number, including the leading + (plus) sign.

Then, in the Outdial Screen, tap the "+" icon in the upper-right corner to access your contacts, look up the new contact, and the correct number should show on the screen.

  2. Open Notes, type the phone number with the leading +. Then tap to select the text, hit "Select", then "Copy". Then go back to the Tossable Digits app, tap above the dialpad, and "Paste" should show up as an option. Paste the number there and it should show up properly.

We should have this working in-app soon! We do apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.
