Permission Requests

The first time you log in to the app, you will be prompted to give the app permission to access your Contacts and to send you Push Notifications.

Notification Permission Request

We need your permission to send you Push Notifications about new Voicemails and SMS Messages.

You will see two dialog boxes. 

The first will prepare you for the device prompt allowing us access. The second will be the native device giving the app permission to send you notifications.

Contacts Permission Request

We need your permission to access your mobile device contacts. With this permission, the app will integrate your contacts into the Call Records, SMS, and Outdial features. 

You will see two dialog boxes.

The first will explain why we are asking for permission to access your Contacts. The second will be the native device requesting you to give access to your contacts to the app.
